Tesla Problems/Flaws

The internet is full of praise for Tesla, and rightfully so. The model 3 is the best car I have ever owned. However it has some serious flaws that make it dangerous.
1. Hydroplaning risk: The model 3 is super low to the ground. This means it handles well, and is very efficient. However, it makes the car more likely to hydroplane in rain. There is a negative correlation between ground clearance and probability of hydroplaning.
2. Rear wheel drive: The model 3 plus is rear wheel drive. It makes the car more efficient. However, it is horrible for a car that has an increased probability of hydroplaning.
3. Autopilot: Reading the news one may think that autopilot is great. It's not, it makes mistakes all the time, and it doesn't learn from them.
Software with known faults which controls a car ( that is likely to hydroplane with RWD ) is a design flaw ( IMHO ). My 2019 model 3 hydroplaned in heavy rain. The front end drifted to the left, as the car slowed down Autopilot accelerated which cause the car to spin on the highway. It crashed into the median and totaled the car. Software that causes a car to spin on the highway will have catastrophic event with probability close to 1.
A hypothesis test on single car crashes in rain will most likely prove Tesla's are more than three standard deviations above the mean ( which is really bad ). Anyone have this data?
Please only buy AWD Tesla's, and avoid using Autopilot in rain, snow and other abnormal conditions.
