In order to be comfortable on a bicycle you need two things:
1. A good bicycle that is properly adjusted, we will assume this is already done.
2. A basic fitting ( which our mobile dealers are trained to provide ) means:
A. Your wrists are straight on a ray eminating from your shoulder ( i.e. no wrist bend )
B. Your knee bend is natural, this means you will have a very slight knee bend at top dead center ( the furthest point from your hip )
C. You need to sit on your sit bones, which are in the back of your rear end. Riders that lean forward are putting their body weight on soft tissue, which will always cause pain ( and problems ). Moving the saddle forward or handlebars back helps solve this problem.
