I have had offers since my post about my future. I understand that I will be unable to "cash in" and sell Downtube....this would not honor the time/energy/goals of the past two+ decades. Therefore the Downtube will be gifted, with the intent that it grows & prosper, and it allows others to do so.

I have no idea what the future holds, some of the greatest plans fail. However, I hope Downtube continues as a socialistic bicycle business inside a capitalistic world. I must leave because I am bored....twenty years is enough. I hope to become a chess grandmaster, and turn refugee camps into cities ( using "Back to the Garden of Eden" techniques ).

My last day is not defined, it will be between 1/1/22 and 12/31/22.
