Pull ups for training & alignment

After my body broke due to misalignment I started visiting the chiropractor three times per week. After several months of therapy I was addicted to chiropractic care. I felt better the minute I left the office, but my body was unable to stay aligned, it would go back into it's previous state. Eventually I understood the chiropractic was not helping to fix the problem, so I decided to stop.
Instantly my body went through withdraw, it needed the chiropractic treatments, but I was determined to find a better way. I recall suffering with pain for a couple of months. Eventually, I needed a solution to the alignment problem...which would stabilize my body in an aligned position. I started doing pull ups. I used multiple hand positions, and I averaged 150+ per day for twenty years. My maximum was 400 per day, 300 per day was easy.
The pull ups worked on my alignment just like the chiropractor. Additionally, I developed muscles that help hold my body in alignment. This was essential in my long term therapy.
