6+hrs of training

This year I have alot of free time, due to a breakup. This semester, I took time off of teaching and created a startup. I expect MathPhD.com to grow into a major business in 2022. This year I started working out alot with the free time. 6-7 hrs a day is normal. I have noticed my body slowly changing, I'm getting leaner, and stronger.
I will start a new teaching position in the Spring, I hope to work at Jimmy John's delivering via bicycle to keep the workouts intense. Hopefully all of my long term injuries heal, and I can bike across the country this summer. I am considering running a marathon this winter. I ran a marathon in my young 20's and mid 30's. I always wanted to do one when I am "old". I'm 50 and I consider that old.
