Downtube VS Citizen Bike

Citizen Bike are considered junk in the industry. Their 2007-2008 20" model had fundamentally flawed suspension designs which would act as a pogo stick, and tokyo model has gear ranges suited for children, not adults. Assembly issues have plagued them for years. We believe they use Oscarbike to assemble their bikes. Oscar is widely know as a cheap/low end factory. They always full of problems.
